In brief: 110?

The general answer is eat too much and exercise too little, BUT at your age it makes little difference.
Eat what you want and be happy!

This is mainstream answer, yet >50 years of research on exercise & body fat contradicts belief that obesity is a result is lack of exercise. Instead, people do not exercise because they are fat: e.g. https://goo.gl/Zz22ro & https://goo.gl/sMuha8. LFHC (including fruits & fruit sugar) drives obesity, LCHF drives opposite. Additionally the medical industry in not about health: http://goo.gl/Blh6rW.

In brief: You tell us...

Do you exercise regularly? Do you make healthful food choices? Do you choose fruits, vegetables and lean proteins over cakes, cookies and sweets? Are you active or sedentary generally? Have you had a medical check-up lately to be sure there's no medical reason you're overweight? Are your close family members overweight?

In brief: Wrote a book

that answers exactly that.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1775472781/devils-diet Each chapter starts literally with "why are people fat" 1) eating too much, not exercising enough 2) loss of normal controls/regulation on eating 3) based on habits/conditioning Finding what you eat that is where the calories are, what triggers it, and changing it through behavior mod.
