I have nasal/facial pressure and I feel it in my head it happens often there's no congestion, no headache, no ear ache what could this be &how to fix?

Facial pressure. If you're feeling facial pressure, as well as nasal pressure, that is an indication that there is congestion or swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose and or sinuses. This could be a non-allergic, allergic, or infectious rhinosinusitis condition to name a few causes. There could be anatomic issues that are affecting nasal and sinus drainage. See an otolaryngologist for full evaluation. .
