Any one familiar with lichen planus? What can I do to control it besides taking steroids and steroid cream all the time? I need any info on it.

Possibly Turmeric. There’s no sure way to prevent oral lichen planus. Getting underlying medical conditions under control may help oral lichen planus from worsening. Also, avoiding alcohol and tobacco can help reduce your risk of oral cancer, which as been linked to oral lichen planus. In India studies are showing that Turmeric may be helpful.
