Sore shaky arms with occasional muscle twitches. No weakness though, I tested by picking up heavy objects with both arms. So should that rule out ALS?
Not ALS. I suspect benign Fasiculations - a common cause of muscle twitching. You need to discuss this with your physician to see if there are other explanations.
