Can trigmenial tightness in face cause skin to look slightly abnormal? Like a bit more puffier? What's the best medication to get rid of inflammation?

Can be painful! Not sure what trigeminal "tightness" is. Trigeminal neuralgia is pain associated with the trigeminal nerve & is usually experienced as burning, sharp pain in the cheek, forehead, temples & jaw, pain around eyes, aching teeth, ear aches & feeling of fullness in sinuses.Puffiness is not usually described. Anti-inflammatories are not particularly helpful. Neurontin, Lyrica, (pregabalin) Cymbalta have been used.
