Ye it may. But the doctor who diagnosed this must have given you proper instruction. Been having spells of dizziness along with nausea, weakness, and headache. Could this be caused by fluid in the middle ear went to ER 2 days ago, they did ekg, blood work, chest xray, and head ct. Every thing came back normal
