Fever, nausea, abdominal cramping, and dizzy for 2 weeks. No gallbladder or appendix. What could this be?

Fever, nausea, pain. Having any or all of these symptoms for 2 weeks warrants further evaluation with a physician. It would be unusual for a viral gastroenteritis to last this long. You may require x-rays and or CAT scan of abdomen and in the very least blood work and urinalysis. Could be many different things including colitis, UTI or kidney stones.
