Can u inject a hemorrhoid blood clot with something to dissolve the blood clot?

Not really. A hemorrhoid blood clot, also known as a thrombosis, is usually treated with making incision to remove clot or hemorrhoid under local anesthesia in office or ER. However, it is critical for us to tell our patents that it will resolve on it's own within a week or so because or own blood system has enzymes that will dissolve the clot. So if you treat pain and do hot tub baths it will resolve.
No. Once a hemorrhoid has clotted, best option is to have it surgically removed. It will eventually shrink and resorb the blood leaving behind a tag but in the meantime the clotted hemorrhoid will be very painful and inconvenient. Sometimes the surgeon will simply cut it open and evacuate (remove) the clot.
Yes but. you can but it is not recommended, because the clot is not going any where the best way is to take the clot out by a simple office procedure clot lysis injection will be kept for clot that it can move and cause damages the hemorrhoid could be injected while it is not thromobosed by a sclerotic agent and that will destroy the whole disease vein. i hope that answer your question thank you, good luck.
Drainage is better. Oft time a small incision under local will evacuate the clot and the surrounding tissue will heal. You won't need a formal hemorroidectomy.

Recurring large amount of dark rectal bleeding Inc. Large Blood clots. Colonoscopy showed only internal hemorrhoid. OK to assume blood only due to it?

Unlikely . The bleeding is probably from diverticulosis or something known as an arterio-venous malformation (AVM). Since these can be anywhere in the colon, if surgery is ever needed to remove that section, it is important to find the exact location with a variety of imaging tests, usually only helpful during a bleeding episode. Past couple days having maroon blood in stool and toilet Today same thing but passed a blood clot could this be hemorrhoids?

Unlikely. Hemorrhoids usually cause bright red painless blood and not clots. Maroon blood suggests bleeding somewhere higher in the GI track. It is also something that needs to be checked, this is especially true in someone on Motrin as yourself. If you have any symptoms of lightheadedness or weakness you should go to an UC or ER. Otherwise, call you PCP or GI doctor for an appointment. Read more...

I've had a history of hemorrhoids, I just had a bowel movement and I the toilet was red and when I wiped there was a little blood clot is that normal?

No. Most common causes would be bleeding from a fissure or hemorrhoid, but you should let a doctor figure it out. The majority of these things happen from constipation. Read more...
Could be. As a physician I do not like to describe things as "normal" or not but use ideas like expected or understandable. We are born with hemorrhoidal tissues and bright red blood and even small clots can come from them. If there was no pain then it probably was not a tear or fissure. Keep an eye on this and if it continues you really need to see a provider and have a rectal exam if not short scope. Read more...
