In brief: Seasonal flu

is very common viral infection.
Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve, Advil) or Tylenol (acetaminophen) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for examination.

In brief: Infection

It sounds like you have a viral or bacterial infection such as bronchitis or pneumonia.
Influenza infection is common during this period of the year and definitely a possibility.

In brief: Respiratory infectio

Although 99.7 is not really a fever, the chills and sweating suggest that you have had one.
All this can be attributed to a viral illness, but the chest pain, headache and dizziness are sufficiently disturbing to warrant your being seen and evaluated professionally. Go to an urgent care facility if you cannot get to your PCP, or go to an ER. Best wishes.

In brief: Many conditions

These symptoms are found in association with a number of illnesses including the flu/viral illness.
Viral illnesses tend to improve over time and resolve by day 10. If your symptoms worsen or persist beyond that time, a follow up visit is advised. I would suggest drinking fluids and checking your temperature.
