Diet/exersize. moderation start slow , aerobic [ walking, movement sports best for heart] puchups, pullups good for muscle mass, be carefull of straining with heavy weights, if any chets painwith exersize or serious medical history see doctor first for ekg ect. weight wathcers diet or meditaranian diet best for long term [more fruits/veggatables, less white flour products] goal 4 pounds per month loss if overwt.
