Bronchospasm. Assuming you are not a smoker, have sinusitis with cough from postnasal drip, nor diagnosed as having pneumonia, COPD or asthma, you probably have acute bronchitis of viral origin with persisting bronchospasm. Thtat seems right rx. You are taking right meds, i hope in proper doses and using inhaled steroids and bronchodilaters as well it will take time for you to get better, but you need steroids short course and high enough dose to do the job follow with your doctor as you progress. Read more...

Laryngitis. You likely have developed laryngitis, which is quite common after a cold. Your voice should return after a few days. There's no particular remedy for it, but drinking plenty of water can help to keep throat hydrated. Some of mine patients like to drink water with a bit of honey and lemon juice. Why are you using al. You apparently have a respiratory problem/you are using albuterol, and i suppose you have bronchial asthma the viral infection is causing the symptoms of laryngitis and you are hoarse, albuterol will only help the wheezing and cough, but if you have asthma you should be on inhaled steroids.
