After trying Celexa and then Zoloft, (sertraline) for anxiety & depression, with no response— is it clear cut if one should try another SSRI, or switch to an SNRI?

Probably snri. Snri most likely but everyone is different--some people do better on the older meds some with augmentation etc--if someone in your genetic family has similar sx & is doing well on something that is probably the best thing to try.
