My CBC and comp. Metobolic panel are all normal. Could I still have cirrhosis? Likely?

In brief: Yes

Hi. Most people with chronic liver disease have elevated AST and ALT and sometimes total bilirubin on the CMP.
However, there are cirrhosis patients who have normal transaminases (bili may or may not be elevated). Cirrhosis is best diagnosed on a needle core biopsy of the liver (which may also help identify the cause of the cirrhosis. Talk with your doc about this, and stay away from liver toxins.
