In brief: With extreme care

It is a drug to be used in metastatic colon CA that has progressed on an oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen.
There are bleeding & clotting side effects so it would have to be used very cautiously in someone with this history. But, with careful supervision by an oncologist, it could provide some benefit. It would be a highly individualized decision between the patient & doctor. Best wishes.

In brief: Not "begging the ?"

This is a decision that is best made by you and your Oncologist/ perhaps after a check with your Primary Care Provider! ANY chemotherapy is a stress on the patient's body systems including the heart.
The "whole picture" is needed! Hope this helps! Good Luck ! Dr Z
