I have tinnitus in my left ear since head trauma in 2012, when I fell on my ear. It was bleeding for a while, not full hearing. No other symptoms now.

Need evaluation. It is possible that you suffered some sort of damage to the middle ear with resulting hearing loss - which would be the main cause of the tinnitus. It would be advisable to see an ENT physician for a complete exam of the ears - including hearing test.
