My 2 year old had ear infection that went away, she's on zyrtec (cetirizine) for her allergies any thing i can do to help get rid of fluid behind ear drum.

Ask the doctor since they might consider singulair (montelukast) in addition. Start with little noses saline spray up to 4x/day.
