Not jaw......Cranial nerve V (3rd division of trigeminal nerve) innervates the jaw not a spinal nerve.
Upper back issue can cause symptoms at that level and below. (hands are innervated by cervical nerves. Young lady, you need a neurological work up probably an EMG-NCS study to sort this out. Consider x ray of jaw. if punched out lesions get serum protein electrophoresis and look for M spike
