Think so. They should be compatible if both don't contain acetominophen or decongestant as there could be liver injury or hypertension, respectively. Yes to the doc. Cold or flu like symptoms can last up til about one week. The viral illness will make you fell very weak. The advil (ibuprofen) is good but make sure you do not take too much. Safer to see an MD. For a viral syndrome, requiring Advil, (ibuprofen) to last 6 days, it would be best to see ones doctor to enable a careful exam and decision concerning the appropriate treatment.
