HPV+, normal pap b4 hyst. No history of mod-high grade cin. Had total hyst for bil cysts (benign), norm path. Told no more paps needed.Is this normal?

In brief: Yes

After total hysterectomy including removal of the cervix, Paps only need to be continued if the hysterectomy was done because of cervical cancer or "precancer".
I would not consider having a positive HPV test but no positive Pap a precancer. I would recommend no further Pap tests are needed. Best wishes:)
