I have an osteoma on my first Left rib. Its grown since I had a work physical, CT proved it to be bone. Can osteomas be cancerous? I'm 32 and healthy.

Unusual. Get a 2nd radiologist's input. Osteoid osteomas are fairly common in ribs but true osteomas less so. I'd get a couple of physicians' thoughts. At age 31, a primary rib cancer pretending to one-or-another of the lesions that a radiologist would tell you is an "osteoma" would be exceptional -- but bone tumors can do the unexpected.
