HPV+, normal pap b4 hyst. No history of mod-high cin. Had total hyst for bil cysts (benign) norm path. Told no need for paps anymore. Is this normal?

Likely Yes. I sorry to hear about the Total hysterectomy. This is normal if you have had a total hysterectomy with the cervix removed and pathology showed no signs of Cancer. Then Pap smear is usually not necessary because there is no cervix to get cancer.

HPV+, normal pap b4 hyst. No history of mod-high grade cin. Had total hyst for bil cysts (benign), norm path. Told no more paps needed. Is this normal?

Yes. After total hysterectomy including removal of the cervix, Paps only need to be continued if the hysterectomy was done because of cervical cancer or "precancer". I would not consider having a positive HPV test but no positive Pap a precancer. I would recommend no further Pap tests are needed. Best wishes:) Read more...
