You've made a common layperson mistake: You're confusing a test result with the thing itself.
EEGs don't have epilepsy; people do. The EEG is not the patient, you are. You've left out the most important datum, namely WHY you've had 4 EEGs over 2 years. By itself the EEG means nothing.
