My Testosterone, Thyriod, DHEA-s, 17- OHP, Cortisol, Prolactin & BP are normal level. But my Androstenedione is very high. What could this indicate?

In brief: Hard to tell

One would expect the T levels to be elevated as well.
I am not sure what very high means. Sometimes in polycystic ovarian syndrome androstenedione is elevated. The fact that DHEAS, T are normal is reassuring. I would suggest talking with your ordering physician about this so that they can determine how significant this result really is.
