I have a tiny red bump at the corner of my mouth. I have not been kissed (or sexually active) in a over a year. Is it oral herpes or could it be acne?

GOK. That stands for god only knows. If you want to know what it is, you will need to see a dentist or a physician to accurately diagnose it. There are many possibilities and without actually being able to personally see it, we can't give you a good answer, especially the right one. Read more...
Probably acne... Probably either acne or an ingrown hair. That said, if you have the herpes virus in your body, it never really goes away. It may become temporarily dormant, but if the corner of your mouth has been stretched (trip to the dentist or eating a big mac), or if your immune system is down due to stress, it can flare back up. Not being sexually active for the last year doesn't really matter here. Read more...

Have tiny bumps on both upper & lower lips. They feel like sandpaper. Never had cold sores bfore & not sexually active. What can it be & how to treat it?

Not cold sores. Cold sores are typically groups of painful blisters, so doubt that it's that. May be having an allergic reaction to something. Try 1% Hydrocortisone cream. If that doesn't work, let a dermatologist have a direct look at it. Read more...

Cluster of small, somewhat red raised bumps, not itchy, on upper thigh. Is this genital herpes? Never been sexually active, had cold sores in the past

Not herpes . You cannot have genital herpes if you never had sex; genital herpes is unlikely to first show up as a rash on the thigh; and your description doesn't sound like HSV. This definitely is not genital herpes, and also not HSV1 from your oral infection. If the rash continues to bother you or doesn't clear up, see a doctor for professional diagnosis. . Read more...
