If lymphoma occurs in small intestine, what is the best treatment protocol for a cure. Bone marrow and blood test was negative. Should I be concerned?

The best treatment for GI lymphoma is limited resection of the tumor, followed by postoperative radiotherapy. Cure rate is approximately 75% even with aggressive histologic types. Chemotherapy is reserved for advanced-staged tumors. In patients with regional nodal involvement or extranodal involvement confined to one side of the diaphragm
