17 year old female, hypermobile joints in fingers, dislocating wrists and shoulders, and a hip that always cracks VERY loudly, should I be concerned?

Needs evaluation. This group of symptoms needs evaluation by a physician. Your doctor will do a thorough history including family history to assess risk, as well as a careful physical exam. When you say hypermobile? This needs to be quantified on exam. Wrists and shoulders that are dis locatable? There are a variety of genetic disorders which may be in play potentially. Or may be within normal range.
Hypermobilty. Have her evaluated. What is her height there are certain syndromes that need to be ruled out. For example Marfan's and Ehler-Danos syndrome. Osteogenesis Imperfecta is another big one.
