Musculoskeletal pain. If you can touch pain on your chest, it is most likely skin, muscle, or nerve related pain. Make sure you stretch frequently and do upper body strengthening exercises. Poorly supporting bra can also sometimes causes musculoskeletal pain. Be assured since all your cardiac work up is normal.
