Bone density. At age 50 you should not have lost much, if any, bone. Strengthening the skin over your knuckles (how does one do that?) has no effect on your bone density at your age. Are you male or female? If female, are you still menstruating? If so, you don't need to worry about your bones unless you have other major problems that could affect your health.
