Seems to me that exercising 4-5hr/d is a bit excessive.
You only need 30min or so to improve your health. As for low calorie diet, it depends upon how low is low. More importantly, what kind of calories are you consuming? Healthy or junk? Processed or otherwise? What's your goal w/this extreme approach? Discuss your concerns, plans & goals w/your family doc who knows most about you & your health.
