In brief: No such thing

Food choices actually have far less effect on overall health than just eating moderately and staying fit.
Stop worrying about some food causing you to get a heart attack right after you eat it. That's silly. This kind of scare stuff is made up by militant who have no reason to tell the truth.

In brief: ? Big Mac Attack

High fat food intake is thought to destabilize already existing plaques in coronary vessels.
At a Harvard review in past it was claimed that a study looking at individuals who recently ate a Big Mac actually had increased heart attacks soon afterwards. This may be apocryphal! However there is evidence that high lipids in the blood can destabilize an existing plaque in a coronary vessel.
