What is the PTT blood test?

Clotting factors. This is a screen for several clotting factors, and substances that can interfere with them.
Clot Time Measure. This is a test general used in the hospital to measure who long it takes it clot, usually used to measure the use action of a clot prevention medication called Heparin. It is also used as a screening test to check for people who may have clotting abnormalities, either getting clots or bleeding excessively.
