What is a normal range for TSH and T4 levels?

In brief: Depends

It really depends on the assay used to check the levels.
Most assays have a range for example from 0.3-->3. Some have up to 5. Most often there is no need to treat unless the number is > 10 unless the patient is pregnant or symptomatic. For Free t4 you need to see the reference range as it can vary from lab to lab quite a bit depending on the assay used.
