I drink a lot of water and don't take any vitamins, but my urine is neon yellow. I recently had a bad kidney infection, could that be related to it?

In brief: Neon urine

A kidney infection could have caused an injury to your kidneys' ability to filter urine.
Dark urine also occurs in liver diseases/infections and dehydration. If you feel that you are drinking enough water, please see a md to check on other causes.
