Neck and back pain neck stiffness jaw stiff like I csnt open it all the way, TMJ scoliosis and neck degeneration is this normal?
No. I would not really say it is normal, although we certainly can see 19 year old patients with scoliosis and some of them will describe a stiffness as well. I would not hesitate to be seen by a physician for a thorough exam and possibly some blood work to make sure there is not something more systemic going on.

Soft tissue spasms.
