My left leg and foot are swelled and have thick veins and varicose veins it looks like maybe fluid in my leg the swelling seems to go down when not on?

See vein specialist. Your symptoms may or may not be related to an underlying vein problem. You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation including a venous ultrasound of both the superficial and deep venous systems.
