In brief: That depends

Your overall medical status would determine if you meet criteria for hospital admission or not.
In the meantime - have you sought outpatient medical evaluation?

In brief: Go to ER

It certainly sounds like you need medical attention.
Health Tap physicians don't arrange for hospitalization. The best way to get immediate treatment is to go to a local emergency room. They will check bloods tests, give you IV fluids, and may admit you..depending on your condition. The fact that your diarrhea has been lasting almost 2 weeks is concerning. Don't delay getting care. Go to ER today.

In brief: Chronic Diarrhea

May not need hospitalization, but DOES need work up.
Simple electrolyte fluids (Gatorade, jello,..) until you can be seen!
