I have insomnia. I've been waking up in the middle of every night and I cannot fall back asleep. What natural sleep aid would be best to take? I'm 33 yr

Difficulty falling. A sleep is often associated w/anxiety while waking up early and not returning to sleep is associated w/depression. Periodic waking is associated w/overall light sleep.
