Repeat.. It is certainly a low Hcg level but still you would need to have it repeated in order to have a final diagnosis. With pregnancy the levels should be raising steadily. HCG isn't the only. cause of nausea during pregnancy. High estrogen levels and other unknown factors may contribute to it. You don't mention if you've started having periods again.
