If your not eating right what are some things that can happen to your body?

Many, many things. The statement "you are what you eat" has never seemed more true. Unhealthy diets contribute to many illnesses and risk factors including obesity, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and heart disease. Generally, a healthy diet for most adults includes lots of fruits and vegetables, low salt, whole grains, healthy vegetable oils, lean meats or other protein sources, and balanced portion sizes.
