In brief: IBS-C/gas

May be food intolerances, celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, soy intolerances, H pylori ?Have you been evaluated for those? For diet should have fiber like oats, barley, lentils, brown rice once a day, kale, avocados.
Dring 2.5-3.5 liters/day water /gatorade ( not to dilute sodium) Please follow up with allergist for food intolerances, at some point may consider colonoscopy.
