Im on a zpak for upper mid. Ear infection will this also cure a UTI if it is present? I'm allergic to pen. Sulfa, cipro (ciprofloxacin)...

Depends upon organism causing possible UTI.
Best to get a urinalysis with urine culture if UA is positive. That will provide answer. There are still other antibiotics which can be used if necessary.

With your history, your best bet is to verify the UTI with a real urine culture and sensitivity.This can document or exclude the UTI and indicate what antibiotic would work that you could take.
