Can anciety be causing cramping in hands (not whole arms) tingling feeling!?

Yes, anxiety can. cause muscle problems anywhere in the body. The tingling feeling suggests lack of blood flow, too. Go see your GP to start. Learn some relaxation techniques and read about anxiety in the meantime: http://www.psychologyproductsandservices.com/page2.html.

Cervical neuropathy. This could well be related to the position in which you slept, but there is the suggestion that there may be a cervical spine issue. This is not likely to be an urgent issue unless it recurs. It is very very unlikely to be tetanus and related to your prior cut, but make sure that you have had tetanus vaccination in the prior 10 years. Good luck. Read more...

45/f. Arm & hand pain while sleeping. Also wake up w/ arms tingling from arms falling asleep during night. Pain also wakes me up at night.?

Possible Carpal Tun. There are other possibilities, but the most likely cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome. This is the result of compression of the median nerves at the wrists and it is common for people to wake up to "shake out the numbness." i would recommend that you see a neurologist, but while you are waiting you can ice the wrists, try otc ibuprofen, and buy carpal tunnel splints for nighttime.
