Hi I would like to know if there is a permanent cure for mild chronic inactive gastritis in the antrum of my stomach. Would this heal completely?

Permanent cure? Having a condition well-managed or resolved would be more realistic. In the case of "mild chronic inactive gastritis" you do not have active irritation of the stomach lining, but only signs that you did have mild chronic gastritis. The stomach lining should continue to heal unless you have H.pylori (likely checked with gastric biopsy), but this can be treated if found. Acid blockers also help.
