I had a right knee injury while surfing. No treatment but 1 year later the back of the knee and calf feel tight/swollen with activity. Any ideas?

Look at compensatory. patterns from the injury (trauma vectors). If your knee is involved, it also means there's compensation going on below and above at the calf, soleus, and ankle muscles to balance this. Also above is the quads, hamstrings, hips and low back. I hurt my knee a week ago playing sports and I think it is just tendonitis and my ACL and MCL were already ruled out now my calf and ankle are swollen?

It might just be. Tendonitis, but since you mention a swollen calf a clot must be ruled out. That would be considered a medical emergency and this should be evaluated immediately. Hopefully, it is just tendonitis, but you must err on the side of caution. Read more...
Who ruled out. if you saw a qualified sports ortho doc, what did they tell you specifically? Could be a gastric muscle injury- tendinitis would not cause ankle/calf swelling. Read more...

I hurt my knee running and it has a little swollen bump underneath the knee? Is this serious!? It's been four days and I haven't stopped my activities

Probably not. Not sure how u hurt your knee or if u fell on it or bumped it... Sounds like u have prepatellar or infrapatellar bursitis.Common and often after a fall or just by getting bumped on your knee.Ice, NSAID may help if swollen. No other specific treatment is necessary unless it becomes infected or recurrent( and painful)... Old term "housemaid's knee". See md if persists and for definitive dx. Gl! Read more...
Patellar tendon? I am assuming "underneath" means just below the knee cap and "hurt my knee running" means pain after running and not a specific injury. This is your patellar tendon. You may have tendonitis. I would rec activity modification, nsaid's and ice. If not better in a few days, then ortho doc eval. Read more...

I hurt my knee from running. I can barely bind it without it hurting. The inner knee facing my other leg is where it's hurting. What should I do?

Rest, ice, check. First line treatment should be rest and reduced weightbearing. Ice helps reduce inflammation. Get checked by a musculoskeletal specialist like an orthopedist as you may have a meniscus tear, medial collateral ligament strain, tibial plateau stress fracture, or medial plica synovitis.
