I am having rumbling, gas, some nausea, diarrhea, and sometimes a thick brown mucus instead of normal bm. Also a protrusion from anal opening. Help! ?

General information that may or may not apply in your case: Protrusions from the anus frequently are hemorrhoids, but can be rectal prolapse (rectal tissue). Short-term nausea/diarrhea can be viral gastroenteritis, but many, many other causes exist.
