Im a teenager and im on Premarin (conjugated estrogens) and provera to bring back my period. i have gained alot of weight (10-15 lbs) but i have not changed my lifestyle?

Hi Bobby, I believe that you have not changed anything yet have gained wt.
Hormones do cause us to gain wt in the form of water retention, the way we handle sugars in our diet, and the way we deposit fat. This means that we have to overcome all of this with a change in our lifestyle. Consume more water, less simple sugars and fats in your diet and of course increase exercise.
