20weeks 4days pregnant. US showed baby weighs 1lb 2oz and measuring at 22weeks. LMP on point so no way he's older. Will he be a big baby?

In brief: Too early to say!

at 20 weeks how large a baby will be.
I wouldn't worry too much at this point, the estimated weights are just that - estimates - and the baby has another 20 +/- weeks to go. Likewise with EGA (dates) - 2nd trimester ultrasound is generally considered within +/- 2 weeks, so your 22 weeks and 20w4d overlap. Good wishes.

The baby gains most of its weight in the last 6 weeks or so of the pregnancy.
