Take a test. Implantation bleeding is not really as common as the internet would have you believe. When it does happen it's usually 6-12 days after ovulation. A pregnancy test 14 days after unprotected intercourse is much more helpful. Implantation bleeding occurs exclusively in pregnant women. Recurrent yeast. If symptoms are the same as last time, it should be OK to re-treat yourself with an over-the-counter yeast medication like miconazole, terconazole, etc (a pharmacist can advise you).
