In brief: Various
Could be allergies or irritation.
You could have any symptoms, but since I am an allergist i will focus on those. Cough, wheeze, shortness of breath, runny nose, sneezing, itchy (skin, nose, eyes, ears), nasal congestion, snoring, post nasal drip, increased mucus production, etc. See an allergist for testing.

Asthma control is highly variable. You might simply need to be placed on a higher controller inhaled therapy for your asthma. As for your nose, you can try OTC zyrtec/allegra, but rarely are they helpful and they are so darn expensive. I simple nasal spray like flonase or nasonex could help significantly, but they are prescriptions. Best of luck

You will have continual problems as long as you keep smoking. If you want a healthy life STOP SMOKING NOW. Don't wait to get sicker an run the high risk of cancer. Ask yourself how sick do you have to get before you STOP SMOKING!!!

It is common to have some mildew(mold) in bathrooms.
. Keeping the tiles and walls clean is important if you have had water leaks elsewhere mold can grow. If you have symptoms then see an allergist.
