In brief: Various.

There are no specific skin findings unique to hiv.
Some people develop red, flaky or waxy skin changes along their hairline or face called seborrhea. Others get multiple itch bumps called eoosinophilic dermatitis. Frequent skin infections with staph or strep, herpes blisters & recurrent shingles also occur. Purplish skin nodules may be kaposi's sarcoma. Many people with HIV have normal skin as well.
